"Hit Your Target" Sweepstakes Official Rules

February 15, 2005 (Amended June 10, 2005)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (collectively "U.S."). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility
Sweepstakes is open only to male legal residents of the U.S. who are twenty-five (25) years of age or older as of August 1, 2005 and are currently naturally going gray. Employees, officers and directors of Combe Incorporated ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and entities involved in the development and production of the Just For Men Haircolor® Web site and Sweepstakes ("Agencies") and the immediate families (spouse and siblings, children, parents, and their spouses) or household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.

2. Prize/Odds
One (1) Grand Prize will consist of $2,500.

Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

3. To Enter
By Internet
Between February 15, 2005 at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and August 1, 2005 at 11:59 PM EST ("Sweepstakes Period"), access the Just For Men Haircolor Web site at www.justformen.com, and then click on the Sweepstakes link to access the online entry form. Complete and submit an entry as directed. Entry must be received and recorded by Sponsor"s computer (the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes) by 11:59 PM EST, August 1, 2005.

By Regular Mail
Complete the entry form (a) printed out from the Web site by following the directions or (b) received by mail along with the Official Rules when requested by mail by sending a self-addressed, first class stamped envelope to: Just For Men Haircolor "Hit Your Target" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 3667, Pittsburgh, PA 15230 for receipt by August 8, 2005 (VT residents may omit return postage). Mail completed entry form to:

All mailed entries must be postmarked by August 1, 2005 and received by August 8, 2005.

Limit of one entry per person or e-mail address regardless of the method of entry. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant will be disqualified.

4. Drawing/Winner Notification
Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by Ketchum Inc. (“Ketchum”), an independent organization, on or around September 7, 2005. Winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or Express Mail® on or about five (5) business days after the drawing. Winner will be required to complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release. Failure to return the signed documents within ten (10) days of notification or, if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected through a random drawing conducted by Ketchum.

5. Additional Terms
Proof of e-mailing or regular mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter, at time of entry, who must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

Sponsor, Ketchum, their respective agents and/or Agencies, and all of their respective subsidiary and affiliated companies are not responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen, mutilated, late, non-delivered or postage-due mail, entries or e-mail. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor, Ketchum, their respective agents and/or Agencies and all of their respective subsidiary and affiliated companies for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions or errors of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections, or incorrect, incomplete, garbled, failed or delayed computer transmissions, or other technical error, or by human error, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. If for any reason, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other cause, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, affects the administration, integrity, security or conduct of the Sweepstakes, and the online portion of the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted in accordance with the Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify the online portion of the Sweepstakes and if terminated, to conduct the drawing from among eligible entries legitimately received electronically prior to the event causing such termination along with eligible entries received by regular mail at any time during the Sweepstakes Period, or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. No substitution of prize permitted except by Sponsor because of prize unavailability, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. No prize transfer is permitted.

Taxes on prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.

By participating, entrants agree (a) to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Ketchum, which shall be final and binding in all respects; (b) to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor, Ketchum, their respective agents and/or Agencies, and all of their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies and all of their respective directors, officers, and employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, expenses, injuries (including death) or costs (collectively "Liabilities") resulting directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from their participation in the Sweepstakes, or the acceptance and use of the prize, and including, but not limited to, Liabilities relating to the entrants' rights of privacy and publicity, or participation in any Sweepstakes or travel related activity; and (c) if the winner, that his name, biographical information and photo or likeness may be used at any time or times by Ketchum and/or Sponsor and any person(s) or entity(s) pursuant to either of their authority, for advertising, trade and post-Sweepstakes publicity and promotion without additional compensation, except where prohibited, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide (including but not limited to the Internet and World Wide Web) in perpetuity without notice, review or approval. Winner shall be required to sign an agreement making himself available for post-Sweepstakes media interviews and photographs and other such activity for up to twelve (12) months after the drawing as Sponsor deems necessary and appropriate, at times and places determined by Sponsor, and Sponsor shall be responsible for reasonable expenses (as determined reasonable by Sponsor) for the attendance of winner.

Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Neither Sponsor, Ketchum, nor their respective agents and/or Agencies nor all of their respective subsidiary and affiliated companies are responsible for injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading and/or printing materials from, or use of, the Web site. Sponsor, Ketchum, their respective agents and/or Agencies and all of and their respective subsidiary and affiliated companies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use of the Web site.

IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, KETCHUM, THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS AND/OR AGENCIES, ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR THE ACCESS OF ANY OTHER ENTRANT TO AND USE OF THE WEB SITE OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID WEB SITE.
